New Work Out!

Today's work out:
5 sets of 10 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 crunches, and a run up the hill and back.

I'm not going to lie - it sucked! It's been so hot and humid, so I had to wait until the evening to do it. Still no scale - probably tomorrow.

As far as the diet goes - not too bad. Last night we went to a party and I was pretty good. We left before the cake!

The baby had his 2 month check up and weighed in at 15 lbs 6 oz!! He's a big boy.


  1. Hey maybe we can keep each other motivated while we start out as I am on a quest to get my body back!!! My struggle is fitting in time to work out besides horse back riding and getting the motivation to do it!

  2. I know! I am having a hard time with the time thing, too. I'm trying to fit in small work outs here and there while Grady sleeps. I only have a little over a month to get back into my work clothes! Let's keep each other updated!
